Ingredients
- 1 cup high fibre oats
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1 red bell pepper Chopped
- 2 clove garlic Minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder to taste
- 1 tsp Amchur dry mango powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Put all ingredients together add water and make it paste
- On griddle medium temp
- Spread this paste and make it like omelette .
- Enjoy with ketchup or mint chutney
