Ingredients
- For the dough
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- For stuffing
- 500 gms tofu grated
- 1 Big Onion finely chopped
- 1 TSP Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves Chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 TSP black pepper
- 1/2 TSP Roasted Cumin powder
- For gravy
- 2 Big Onions chopped
- 3 tomatoes grinded
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 TSP olive oil
- 1 cup milk
- salt to taste
- 1 TSP Red Chilly Powder
- Bit of Turmeric powder

Instructions
For naan
- First of all knead the flour with all the ingredients and keep it in warm place for 2 hours so that it gets soften.
- Now mix all the ingredients of the stuffing and keep it aside.
- Now make naan by putting the stuffing in the chapati made out of above dough.
- Place the naan on tandoor and put it upside down so that it turns brown as in pic.
For gravy
- Take a TSP olive oil and add finely chopped onions, cook till they turn pink.
- Now add curd and cook till it mixes well.
- Now add grinded tomatoes ,cook and add all the spices.
- Now grind the gravy in grinder.
- Now put the gravy in the wok and add milk.
- Boil for 2/3 minutes and see till u get the desired consistency.
- Now gravy is ready,you can have it with stuffed tofu naan.
