Ingredients
- 6 eggs boiled
- 2 Big Onions finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes ground
- 1 tsp gingergarlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp meat masala
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 pincg Garam Masala
- 8-10 leaves Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
- First of all take oil in a wok ,add cumin seeds,let it splutter,now add onion and saute it for a while.
- Now add gingergarlic paste and tomato paste followed by all the spices.
- Cook till masala is cooked and it leaves oil.
- Let it cool down and grind it in mixer or use a blender to blend it.
- Now boil eggs in a pan,remove it's skin and cut each egg from centre.
- Put the gravy on gas and simmer for 5 minutes,add boiled eggs.
- Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves
