Instructions
- Place a heavy bottom pan on medium heat and add ghee.
- When ghee melts, add besan.
- Reduce the flame to low and keep roasting by stirring continuously for about 25 mins.
- Remove pan from the flame. Keep stirring since the pan is still hot or transfer to another container to let it cool for about 10 mins.
- Crush dry fruits.
- Add sugar and nuts to the cooled down mixture and make ladoos.
