Ingredients
- 1 Cup poha Flattened rice. After draining it from water
- 1 small potato Boiled peeled & mashed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Sambar Masala
- 1 tsp Oil
- Couple of Toothpicks Depends on the number of poha balls you are making

Instructions
- Take a bowl & add flattened rice into it.
- Add mashed potatoes & mix it well with your hands.
- Add salt, mango powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, red chilly powder & sambar powder into it.
- Mix all the ingredients well & make it like a mixture.
- Taste & check if all ingredients taste good, as at this stage you can correct if something is missing or too much in it.
- Slowly take small pieces from it & make them into small balls & place it on a plate.
- Once all are ready, take the pan, add oil & heat it well
- Place the small balls on the pan & shallow fry them.
- Ensure it is cooked well on both sides by turning them after few minutes.
- Once cooked, remove them from the stove & place it on a plate.
- Place the toothpicks into them so that it can be had easily.
- Serve it with Tomato Ketchup.
