Ingredients
- 1 Gallon whole milk
- 15 Drops Lemon juice Can substitute 1/2 tbps vinegar
- 2 OZ Sugar
- 3 OZ ghee
- 10 Pishachio Optional garnish

Instructions
- Add milk to heavy bottom pan.
- Place the pan on high heat and keep stirring continuously for about 45 mins.
- Add 10-15 drops of lemon or half tbsp vinegar. Keep stirring continuously.
- Add sugar. Feel free to add less or more as per your taste. Keep stirring continuously.
- After 10 minutes add ghee. Keep stirring continuously.
- Stir till it has a little brown color and stops sticking to the pan.
- Turn the heat off and transfer to another container for setting.
- Leave it for 3 hours till it takes the shape. Cut it in small pieces, garnish with sliced pistachios and serve.
