Ingredients
- 4 cups macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 medium carrots chopped
- 1 green bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup red cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Boil water, add salt and oil.
- Add macaroni. Keep boiling till it is cooked. Drain and keep aside. Add some oil so that it does not stick.
- Add mustard sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to chopped vegetables.
- Add Macaroni to the vegetable mixture. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Let it cool and serve cold.
