Ingredients
- For idlis
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Curd sour curd is preferable
- Little water to make batter
- Salt to taste
- 2 packets eno
- For tadka
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Capsicum thinly sliced
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chana Dal soaked
- 1 tsp Urad Dal white, soaked
- few curry leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds rye
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp degi mirch

Instructions
- First of all make idlis using ingredients given above.
- Eno should be added just before making idlis so that idlis become soft.
- Now take a wok add oil,add rye then curry leaves followed by soaked dal,saute them for 2/3 minutes.
- Add salt and red chilly.
- Now add onions,saute them,add carrot followed by capsicum.saute all the veggies till they become tender.
- Now cut each idli into 4 pieces and mix it in mixture prepared above.
- Serve it hot with ketchup.

P.s u can also add soya sauce to give color to mix.
