  1. First of all make idlis using ingredients given above.
  2. Eno should be added just before making idlis so that idlis become soft.
  3. Now take a wok add oil,add rye then curry leaves followed by soaked dal,saute them for 2/3 minutes.
  4. Add salt and red chilly.
  5. Now add onions,saute them,add carrot followed by capsicum.saute all the veggies till they become tender.
  6. Now cut each idli into 4 pieces and mix it in mixture prepared above.
  7. Serve it hot with ketchup.

P.s u can also add soya sauce to give color to mix.
