Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/4 cup Tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- mint leaves chopped
- 1 Lemon juice
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup peanuts roasted

Instructions
- Take a pan.
- Add oats in it .
- Roast oats till slightly brown.
- Take a bowl.
- Add roasted oats and add all vegetables ,salt, black pepper, peanut in it.
- Add lemon juice , tomato sauce , coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix properly.
- Serve it .
