Ingredients
- 1 bowl Soya Chunks nutri, soyabean big
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3-4 Green Chillies chopped
- 4-5 Onion chopped
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp yellow butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp meat masala
- 1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 degi mirch
- 2 tsp tea leaves chai patti
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 7-8 kulcha
- Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- First of all take a big pan ,add half pan of water in it.
- Take a muslin cloth put tea leaves, tie a knot and boil it in the nutri. keep on mixing so that the color spreads equally on whole nutri.
- Drain the nutri and wash the fresh water .
- Cut the nutri in to small pieces.
- Take a wok.
- Add oil and butter both together.
- Add chopped onion ,ginger,garlic ,green chillies ,saute for 5 min.
- Add tomato puree ,all spices and mix well.
- Add tomato sauce ,saute until ghee saprates out.
- Add nutri and mix properly,cook for 5-7 min covering the wok at low flame. saute it at high flame and let it have some moisture in it.
- nutri is ready, serve it with kulcha, chopped onion and green chilly.
