Ingredients
- 1/2 kg milk
- 1/2 cup Tapioca Sago sabudana
- 1 Green cardamom
- 7-8 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp saffron kesar
- 10-15 raisins
- 5-7 almonds

Instructions
- Take a pan.
- Add milk in it and boil.
- Then wash the sabudana properly .
- Soak it for 15-20 min .
- Add soaked sabudana in milk , cook it at low flame.
- Add green cardamom ,dry fruits in it.
- Add saffron in milk and mix well.
- Cook the kheer properly so that the sabudana becomes soft .
- Add sugar and mix well.
- When the kheer becomes thick then add some water and boil it.
- Now kheer is ready.
- Garnish with chopped almonds .cool it and serve it.
