Ingredients
- 2 Cups brown rice equal to 1 glass
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
- 1 carrots chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1-2 Green Chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
- Boil the rice in satly water then drain rice in fresh water
- Take a pan add some oil to it.
- Add garlic and saute till it becomes golden brown.
- Add onion, green chilli and mix well.
- Add all the vegetables and saute for 5 mins.
- Add little water and saute it.
- Add vinegar, salt, black pepper according to taste.
- Mix rice in vegetables properly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves serve with raita.
