Ingredients
- 1 cup rice boiled
- 2 cup Curd Fresh is preferred
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Urad Dal
- 4-6 Curry Leaves
- 2/3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 small piece Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Dry red chillies
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

Instructions
- Combine the rice and curd together in a bowl and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle , add the urad dal ,curry leave ,ginger ,and green chilly ,hing ,salt ,red chilly powder.
- Saute on a medium flame for 1 min ,while stirring continuously.
- Mix the curd rice in the tadka.
- Mix all together.
- Garnish with coriander and pomegranate.
- Serve it.
