Ingredients
- 6 slices Brown Bread
- 3 tbsp Besan
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/8 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 Pinch baking soda
- 3 cups Oil for frying

Instructions
- First of all mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl and blend it so that there are no lumps in the batter.keep the batter aside for 5 minutes.
- Now cut the bread slices into triangular pieces.
- Dip the bread slices in batter and fry it in hot oil.
- Serve it hot with tomato sauce
