Ingredients
- 1 cup Gram flour besan
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/4 tsp Carom seeds ajwain
- 1/4 Asafoetida hing
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chooped
- 1/4 cup carrots chopped
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 2 tbsp Oil

- Take a bowl.
- Add besan , chopped vegetables ,curd ,all spices in it.
- Add some water and make a batter ready neither to thick nor to thin.
- Take a non -stick pan .
- Apply oil on tava and spread the batter on it.
- Let it be on medium heat.
- After 3-4 min change the side of chilla.
- Cook it at from both sides so that it becomes golden brown.
- Serve it with tomato sauce and green chatni.
