Ingredients
- 1 Cup Gram flour Besan
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Soda Bicarbonate
- 1 Tsp Carom seeds
- 4 Slices Brown Bread
- 2 Slices cheese Amul
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions
- In a bowl, take besan add salt, carrom seeds, soda bicarbonate, red chilly powder and sauté well.
- Add water to it and mix the mixture.
- Keep it aside for few minutes.
- Heat oil in pan, once it is heated well.
- Dip the bread into the mixture and deep fry the same.
- Once cooked both the sides, remove from the pan.
- Ready to serve.
