Instructions
In a bowl, take besan add salt, carrom seeds, soda bicarbonate, red chilly powder and sauté well.
Add water to it and mix the mixture.
Keep it aside for few minutes.
Heat oil in pan, once it is heated well.
Dip the bread into the mixture and deep fry the same.
Once cooked both the sides, remove from the pan.
Ready to serve.
