Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes peeled and chopped into thin slices.
- 2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1 tsp Rice flour
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp gingergarlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- oil for frying

Instructions
- Take a bowl and add gram flour and rice flour and make a thick batter by adding water,now add all spices to it.
- Put the potatoes in this mix and keep it for 5 minutes.
- Now deep fry these potatoes in oil and serve it with sauce or chutney.
