Ingredients
- 1/2 kg taro root arbi
- 3-4 tbsp Gram flour besan
- 1/4 tsp Carom seeds ajwin
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder daniya powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 3 cup Oil for frying

Instructions
- Wash the arbi properly.
- Take a cooker and put arbi in it.
- Add 1/4 glass water in it.
- Allow the cooker to whistle for a while.
- Let it cool and peel the arbi,and cut the arbi into two pieces.
- Take a bowl.
- Add arbi and add all spices in it. including besan.
- Mix with soft hands.
- Store it in the freezer for 30 mins.
- Take a wok .
- Add oil in it. heat the oil and fry the arbi in it till golden brown.
- Take out the arbi on the tissue paper.
- Serve it with tomato sauce and coriander chutney
