  1. Wash the arbi properly.
  2. Take a cooker and put arbi in it.
  3. Add 1/4 glass water in it.
  4. Allow the cooker to whistle for a while.
  5. Let it cool and peel the arbi,and cut the arbi into two pieces.
  6. Take a bowl.
  7. Add arbi and add all spices in it. including besan.
  8. Mix with soft hands.
  9. Store it in the freezer for 30 mins.
  10. Take a wok .
  11. Add oil in it. heat the oil and fry the arbi in it till golden brown.
  12. Take out the arbi on the tissue paper.
  13. Serve it with tomato sauce and coriander chutneyServe it with tomato sauce and coriander chutney
