Ingredients
- 5-6 Potatoes (boiled)
- 1 Onion (chopped finely)I like more onions in my mixture...so I took 3
- 10 slices Bread
- 4-5 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (depends on how much spicy u like)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp dry coriander powder

- Take a big bowl and peel the boiled potatoes and add all the ingredients into it...except the dry coriander powder
- Now mash it well
- Take water in a bowl and dip the bread slice into it and gently squeeze it in between your palms..
- Now fill the mixture with the help of a spoon...abt 11/2 tsp..and make a roll out of it..and deep fry...remove them after they turn light brown..
- Serve it with ketchup or mint chutney..
- Now if you are making them in apam stand...then use just half slice of bread...and fill only 1tsp of the mixture..brush oil in stand and cook them on medium flame..till they turn crispy..
- For prantha don't forget to add dry coriander powder..now make a small roti and fill this mixture into it and make a ball out of it and roll out to make a prantha..cook it on a griddle applying oil on both sides..serve it with butter or curd.
