Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dal any leftover dal
- 1/2 cup cooked rice boiled, mashed
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Besan gram flour
- 2 Bread slices ground into crumbs
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tsp Rice flour
- 3 cups Oil for frying

Instructions
- First of all take dal and rice in a bowl and mashed it properly.
- Add gram flour and rice flour along with spices.
- Now wrap it with bread crumbs and shallow fry it on non stick pan.
- Serve them with tomato sauce and mint coriander chutney.
