Ingredients
- 0.5 KG jaggery Also known as Gud
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour Also known as Atta
- 0.5 cup desi ghee
- 1 tsp fennel powder Also known as Saunf
- 1 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
- 1 tsp cardamom powder Also known as ilaichi powder

Instructions
- Take a heavy pan and place on medium heat.
- Add Ghee and let it melt.
- Add atta (whole wheat flour) and roast on medium heat for about 10 mins. Stir continuously.
- Add crushed jaggery (gud)
- Add rest of the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Leave it on medium heat till jaggery melts and starts bubbling
- Turn the heat off and sir continuously till the entire mixture is no longer sticking to the pan.
- Transfer to a shallow flat plate or container and let it cool down and set.
- Once its set, cut into bite size pieces and serve.
