Ingredients
- 1 Big/long Bottle gourd (lauki) chopped into small cubes
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 Big Tomato chopped
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- In a cooker, add oil and allow it to heat.
- Once it is heated well add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter well.
- Add chopped onions and sauté well.
- Add chopped bottle gourd/lauki and sauté well for few minutes.
- Than add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and sauté well.
- Add water and allow it to whistle for few minutes.
- Once it is cooked well, garnish with Coriander and serve.
