Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and julienned
- 4 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 large onions sliced and quartered
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender
