Instructions
wash quinoa few times and soak it in water
In a pan drizzle some oil and sauté garlic. Once garlic is brown add onions
Once onions are translucent add other veges and raisins .sauté for couple of minutes and add turmeric , salt and chilli powder.
Add 2 cups of water and when it boils add drained quinoa . Cover it and let it simmer at low heat . Till all the water is absorbed . Fluff it with fork and squeeze lime on it .
Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy
