Instructions
First of all take arum in cooker,add some water and boil
Now peel arum and cut it into 2 pieces.
Now take a wok,add oil to it, then add astoefida, when it splitter, add gingergarlic paste, saute it and then add onions.
Now fry till onions become brown, then add salt,red chilli, degi Mirch,carom seeds.
Now add arum and mix it properly and cover it and simmer for 5 minutes.
Now take out the cover and add dry mango powder and garam masala.
Now spicy chatpati arbi is ready.
