Ingredients
- 500 grams taro root arum
- 2 Big Onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Pinch Asafoetida hing
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp degi mirch
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Oil for tadka

Instructions
- First of all take arum in cooker,add some water and boil
- Now peel arum and cut it into 2 pieces.
- Now take a wok,add oil to it, then add astoefida, when it splitter, add gingergarlic paste, saute it and then add onions.
- Now fry till onions become brown, then add salt,red chilli, degi Mirch,carom seeds.
- Now add arum and mix it properly and cover it and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Now take out the cover and add dry mango powder and garam masala.
- Now spicy chatpati arbi is ready.
