  1. First of all take oil in a wok ,add cumin seeds,let it splutter,now add onion and saute it for a while.
  2. Now add gingergarlic paste and tomato paste followed by all the spices.
  3. Cook till masala is cooked and it leaves oil.
  4. Let it cool down and grind it in mixer or use a blender to blend it.
  5. Now boil eggs in a pan,remove it’s skin and cut each egg from centre.
  6. Put the gravy on gas and simmer for 5 minutes,add boiled eggs.
  7. Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves
