Sambar Masala

Couple of Toothpicks
Depends on the number of poha balls you are making
Instructions
Take a bowl & add flattened rice into it.
Add mashed potatoes & mix it well with your hands.
Add salt, mango powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, red chilly powder & sambar powder into it.
Mix all the ingredients well & make it like a mixture.
Taste & check if all ingredients taste good, as at this stage you can correct if something is missing or too much in it.
Slowly take small pieces from it & make them into small balls & place it on a plate.
Once all are ready, take the pan, add oil & heat it well
Place the small balls on the pan & shallow fry them.
Ensure it is cooked well on both sides by turning them after few minutes.
Once cooked, remove them from the stove & place it on a plate.
Place the toothpicks into them so that it can be had easily.
Serve it with Tomato Ketchup.
