Need to boil milk, when it comes to boil add vinegar or lemon juice.
Water will be separated from the paneer, means paneer is getting ready. Ensure you add the right quantity of vinegar/lemon juice, else paneer can become hard or taste bad.
Ensure it has to be drained well by pouring in the cloth.
Drain the paneer by placing a heavy vessel on the cloth which holds paneer.
Water will be completely drained
Convert into a box/vessel and place it in the refrigerator or can use it fresh for cooking.
For Paneer Bhurji
In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
Add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
Sauté it well, till onions become soft.
Add tomatoes and sauté well till it becomes soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt.
Sauté everything together well for few minutes.
Than add chopped capsicum and sauté well.
Ensure it is lightly cooked well as capsicum should not be boiled or made soft.
Once done, than grate the paneer in it and sauté well.
Ensure it is not kept on the stove beyond few minutes as it might become hard.
Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
