Ingredients
- For home made paneer
- 1 Litre milk
- 2 Tsp White vinegar or lemon juice
- For Sabji
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Big Onions Chopped (not very small)
- 3-4 Big tomatoes Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 Big Capsicum Chopped

For Paneer
- Need to boil milk, when it comes to boil add vinegar or lemon juice.
- Water will be separated from the paneer, means paneer is getting ready. Ensure you add the right quantity of vinegar/lemon juice, else paneer can become hard or taste bad.
- Ensure it has to be drained well by pouring in the cloth.
- Drain the paneer by placing a heavy vessel on the cloth which holds paneer.
- Water will be completely drained
- Convert into a box/vessel and place it in the refrigerator or can use it fresh for cooking.
For Paneer Bhurji
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well.
- Add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
- Sauté it well, till onions become soft.
- Add tomatoes and sauté well till it becomes soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt.
- Sauté everything together well for few minutes.
- Than add chopped capsicum and sauté well.
- Ensure it is lightly cooked well as capsicum should not be boiled or made soft.
- Once done, than grate the paneer in it and sauté well.
- Ensure it is not kept on the stove beyond few minutes as it might become hard.
- Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Ready to serve.
