  1. Take 1 liter water in a pan, add onion,tomatoes, ginger,garlic,green chilli, cashews,green cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, 1/2 the amount of butter and red chili powder. Let it boil for 20 minutes.
  2. Now blend it using a blender.
  3. In another pan take remaining butter add julienne ginger and add cottage cheese and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and the gravy prepared above.
  5. Add honey to it.
  6. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Now add kasuri methi and cream.
  8. Paneer butter masala is ready.
