Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cottage cheese
- 1 Onion chopped coarsely
- 7 tomatoes chopped coarsely
- 7-8 cloves garlic
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Green Chillies
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 10 Cashews
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp yellow butter
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp heavy cream

Instructions
- Take 1 liter water in a pan, add onion,tomatoes, ginger,garlic,green chilli, cashews,green cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, 1/2 the amount of butter and red chili powder. Let it boil for 20 minutes.
- Now blend it using a blender.
- In another pan take remaining butter add julienne ginger and add cottage cheese and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and the gravy prepared above.
- Add honey to it.
- Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
- Now add kasuri methi and cream.
- Paneer butter masala is ready.
