Instructions
Chop the palak into small pieces and wash it well with water for couple of times to ensure it is cleaned.
In a wok, add oil and heat it well.
Add chopped onions and sauté well for few minutes.
Add garlic ginger paste and sauté well for few minutes.
After few minutes add chopped tomatoes and sauté well for few minutes.
Once tomatoes becomes soft add potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and sauté for few minutes.
Sauté potatoes for sometime and than add chopped palak into it.
Sauté well and than pressure it for few minutes like 1 whistle.
Once you open the wok, ensure there is no water.
If there is any water, dry it up by keeping in stove for few minutes.
Serve it hot with roti. Turns yum with rice too 😊
