  1. Spread the idly batter on the non stick flat tava griddle.
  2. It should not be thin as dosai, but should be thick and same as from all ends when spreaded.
  3. Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, podi and spray some oil on it as shown in pic.
  4. Cover the entire portion with a lid for few minutes so that it is cooked well.
  5. After few minutes turn it upside down so that it is cooked from both the sides.
  6. Ensure the batter is cooked well.
  7. Ready to serve.
