Ingredients
- 250 Gram Idli batter should not be very watery
- 1 Big Number Onion Chopped
- 1-2 Pieces Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 Tsp Podi Optional
- 2 Tsp Coriander leaves
- 2-3 Tsp Oil or Ghee

Instructions
- Spread the idly batter on the non stick flat tava griddle.
- It should not be thin as dosai, but should be thick and same as from all ends when spreaded.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, podi and spray some oil on it as shown in pic.
- Cover the entire portion with a lid for few minutes so that it is cooked well.
- After few minutes turn it upside down so that it is cooked from both the sides.
- Ensure the batter is cooked well.
- Ready to serve.
