Instructions
In the pressure cooker add dal and wash it well.
Add sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, garlic, sambar powder and coriander powder.
Pressure it. Allow 3-4,whistles.
Take oil in a pan, heat it well.
Than add mustard seeds and curry leaves allow it to splutter.
Add this into the dal mixture and sauté it well.
Keep it on low flame for few minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot idlies.
