Ingredients
- 1 Small cup Moong Dal
- 1 Big Onion sliced
- 1 Big Tomato Sliced
- 4-5 cloves garlic Peeled
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Sambar Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves
- 2 Tsp Oil

Instructions
- In the pressure cooker add dal and wash it well.
- Add sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, garlic, sambar powder and coriander powder.
- Pressure it. Allow 3-4,whistles.
- Take oil in a pan, heat it well.
- Than add mustard seeds and curry leaves allow it to splutter.
- Add this into the dal mixture and sauté it well.
- Keep it on low flame for few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot idlies.
