Instructions
In the cooker, add oil and heat it well.
Add mustard seeds & curry leaves in it. Allow them to splutter.
Than add chopped onions & saute it well for sometime.
In next 2-3 minutes, add all chopped carrots, beans, potatoes & peas.
Saute it well for few minutes close to 5-7 minutes.
Than add salt into it & saute well again.
Add chopped tomatoes & saute well again for couple of minutes.
Than add capsicum & saute again well for few more minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder & sambar masala.
Saute well for couple of minutes.
Than add little water to it.
Pressure the veggies now. Allow close to 2-3 whistles, so that it is cooked well.
Open & check once again, if cooked well.
If there is remaining water in it, ensure you dry it up.
Empty into the bowl & garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
