Instructions
Take a pan.
Add cumin powder ,asafoetida ,green cardamom and mix well.
Add boiled matar.
ssSaute it for 5 min then add methi and saute it at low flame for 5 min.
Add salt ,red chilly powder,and black pepper and mix well.
Take a another pan .
Add ghee and onion,saute it for 5-7 min and add cashew ,green chilly tomato all together.
Mix well.
Add salt when tomatos get satued properly when it cool down.
Then add some water and make its paste.
Add onion paste to the matar mixture and mix well.
Then add milk and mix well.
When gravy becomes thick then add cream and mix well.
Add garma masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with naan or chapati.
