Ingredients
- 1 cup peas matar, boiled
- 1/2 cup Kasuri methi
- 2-3 Onion chooped
- 1-2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 cardamom
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1 cup milk
- 3-4 tbsp cream
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp desi ghee

Instructions
- Take a pan.
- Add cumin powder ,asafoetida ,green cardamom and mix well.
- Add boiled matar.
- ssSaute it for 5 min then add methi and saute it at low flame for 5 min.
- Add salt ,red chilly powder,and black pepper and mix well.
- Take a another pan .
- Add ghee and onion,saute it for 5-7 min and add cashew ,green chilly tomato all together.
- Mix well.
- Add salt when tomatos get satued properly when it cool down.
- Then add some water and make its paste.
- Add onion paste to the matar mixture and mix well.
- Then add milk and mix well.
- When gravy becomes thick then add cream and mix well.
- Add garma masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with naan or chapati.
