Instructions
Take a wok.
Add ghee in it.
Add green cardamom,bey leaf ,cinnamon.
Add onion and matar boyh together and mix well.
Saute it for 5-8 min.
Add tomato and add all spices .
Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
Then add ginger ,garlic ,green chilly paste and mix well.
Add cream and add milk on low flame ,saute it for 5-7 min.
Switch off the gas.
10 min before serving matar panner heat the gravy and add panner to it.
Add garam masala ,kasuri metthi .
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with naan ,chapati or parontha.
