Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Paneer paneer/cut into small pieces
- 1 bowl peas
- 5-6 Onion grated
- 4 Tomato grated
- Ginger grated
- 5-6 garlic grated
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1/4 Coriander powder
- 1/4 cumin powder
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1 small Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Green Chillies paste

Instructions
- Take a wok.
- Add ghee in it.
- Add green cardamom,bey leaf ,cinnamon.
- Add onion and matar boyh together and mix well.
- Saute it for 5-8 min.
- Add tomato and add all spices .
- Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
- Then add ginger ,garlic ,green chilly paste and mix well.
- Add cream and add milk on low flame ,saute it for 5-7 min.
- Switch off the gas.
- 10 min before serving matar panner heat the gravy and add panner to it.
- Add garam masala ,kasuri metthi .
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with naan ,chapati or parontha.
