  1. Take a big pan .add lassi ,besan ,salt ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and blend it .Take a big pan .add lassi ,besan ,salt ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and blend it .
  2. Take a wok .add oil and garlic.saute it until it becomes light brown.
  3. Then add onion ,ginger ,green chillies and saute it for 5-6 min.Then add onion ,ginger ,green chillies and saute it for 5-6 min.
  4. Add methe ,cumin seeds and mix well.

For pakoras

  2. Now make pakoras from this batter by deep frying in oil ,till golden brown.Now make pakoras from this  batter by deep frying in oil ,till golden brown.

For rice
  1.
