Take a big pan .add lassi ,besan ,salt ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and blend it .
Take a wok .add oil and garlic.saute it until it becomes light brown.
Then add onion ,ginger ,green chillies and saute it for 5-6 min.
Add methe ,cumin seeds and mix well.
Add mixture of lassi in the above mixture and mix well.
Let it simmer at low flame for 30-35 mins. add hing.
For pakoras
In a bowl take onions ,potatoes ,green chillies ,salt ,red chilli powder ,kasuri methi ,besan ,water and make batter.
Now make pakoras from this batter by deep frying in oil ,till golden brown.
Add these pakoras in kadhi and garnish it wiyh kasuri methi and garam masala .kadhi pakora is ready to serve.
For rice
Take a pan .fill half pan of water and boiled it.add salt .wash and rinse the rice .add the rice into the water and boil it.cook on the lowest heat possible for 10 min without uncovering the pan.when the rice are cooked properly drain the extra water .
