Ingredients
- For kadhi
- 1 liter buttermilk lassi, readymade
- 5 tbsp Gram flour besan
- 2 dry chillies
- 1 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 3-4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 2-3 tsp Salt
- 2-3 tsp Red chilli powder
- For tadka
- 2-3 Onion sliced
- 8 garlic chopped
- 2-3 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tsp Fenugreek seeds methe
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds jerra
- 3 tbsp Oil
- For pakoras
- 2-3 Onion sliced
- 2 Potato peel and sliced
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 1 cup Gram flour besan
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 4 cup Oil for frying
- Water according to requirement
- For rice
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Water according to requirement

Instructions
- Take a big pan .add lassi ,besan ,salt ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and blend it .
- Take a wok .add oil and garlic.saute it until it becomes light brown.
- Then add onion ,ginger ,green chillies and saute it for 5-6 min.
- Add methe ,cumin seeds and mix well.
- Add mixture of lassi in the above mixture and mix well.
- Let it simmer at low flame for 30-35 mins. add hing.
For pakoras
- In a bowl take onions ,potatoes ,green chillies ,salt ,red chilli powder ,kasuri methi ,besan ,water and make batter.
- Now make pakoras from this batter by deep frying in oil ,till golden brown.
- Add these pakoras in kadhi and garnish it wiyh kasuri methi and garam masala .kadhi pakora is ready to serve.
For rice
- Take a pan .fill half pan of water and boiled it.add salt .wash and rinse the rice .add the rice into the water and boil it.cook on the lowest heat possible for 10 min without uncovering the pan.when the rice are cooked properly drain the extra water .
- Serve it with kadhi pakoras.
