Instructions
take a bowl.
add curd and all spices.
mix well.
put chicken on marination and take rest for 6-8 hours.
break an egg and mix lightly.
crush cornflakes in another bowl.
mix the marinated chicken in dry maida (all purpose flour)
cover all sides of chicken with cornflakes ,then in egg and lastly in crumbs.
heat oil in a pan.
put the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
cook chicken on the low flame.otherwise cornflakes get burnt and chicken stays raw.
hot and spicy chicken is ready.
serve it with green chatni and tomato sauce.
