Ingredients
- 7/8 pieces Chicken boneless
- for marinate
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp dry onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 eggs
- 1 tsp degi mirch
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 1/2 cup Refined flour(maida)
- 1 tsp Green Chilli paste

Instructions
- take a bowl.
- add curd and all spices.
- mix well.
- put chicken on marination and take rest for 6-8 hours.
- break an egg and mix lightly.
- crush cornflakes in another bowl.
- mix the marinated chicken in dry maida (all purpose flour)
- cover all sides of chicken with cornflakes ,then in egg and lastly in crumbs.
- heat oil in a pan.
- put the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
- cook chicken on the low flame.otherwise cornflakes get burnt and chicken stays raw.
- hot and spicy chicken is ready.
- serve it with green chatni and tomato sauce.
