Gram Flour Omelette
  1. In a bowl, take the powdered gram flour, add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, carom seed (Ajawin), salt and red chilly powder
  2. Add little water and Mix it well
  3. Pour it like a dosa or omelette on the pan (tava) for cooking
  4. Keep it on the low flame for 5-7 minutes
  5. Gram Flour Omelette is Ready to serve
Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) Omelette
  1. In a bowl, soak Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) for half an hour to one hour.
  2. After 1 hour, grind it well by adding little water, make it as a paste
  3. In another bowl, add dal paste, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, carom seed (Ajawin), salt and red chilly powder
  4. Add little water and Mix it well
  5. Pour it like a dosa or omelette on the pan (tava) for cooking
  6. Keep it on the low flame for 5-7 minutes
  7. Yellow Moong Dal (Golden Gram Dal) Omelette is Ready to serve
